Who are we looking for?

We are passionate about providing quality workmanship to our customers that will not only improve their quality of life at home but also potentially increase the value of their home.

Our objective is to maintain the position as the UK's largest Garage Conversion Specialist, by providing exceptional customer service and Quality standards. This will be achieved by building on the trust formed with our franchise network and successful partnerships within the industry.

Therefore we need quality, dedicated people who share our passion and are committed to outstanding customer service that enhances the Garage Conversion Company reputation.

What is the Ideal Background?

We have franchisees from both construction backgrounds and office or white-collar backgrounds - You certainly do not have to be a builder.

It's great if you have a background within the building trade but a GCC franchise is really a management franchise so your interpersonal skills will be much more important than your ability to lay a brick.

We will help you put together a local GCC build team who will be responsible for the actual conversions and your role will be to drive the sales and ensure that the build team know what they have to do.
